WINNER SELECTION PROCESS

Unless otherwise noted in the terms of a specific contest, ONE winner will be selected by a judging panel administered by the sponsors of each specific scholarship contest. The decisions of a scholarship contest review panel are final.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted after reasonable effort expended over a 10 (ten) day period, the potential winner forfeits their claim and a secondary entrant may be selected in his/her place. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these official Rules and winning will be contingent upon fulfilling all requirements listed.

Each scholarship contest award may be tax free if the recipient meets all IRS requirements.

Prizes are awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, without limitation. If the winner chooses not to accept his/her prize, an alternate winner may be chosen. The award will be paid in one lump sum to the winner of each scholarship contest, unless otherwise noted in the terms of the contest.
